    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver and Community Support Specialist to join our team at McLean Care.

    Compensation

    The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary of $31.67-$33.09 per hour, plus penalties and allowances, as well as superannuation benefits.

    This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in our community. As a Caregiver and Community Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support services to clients in their homes and communities.

    Responsibilities

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Preparing meals and assisting with household chores
    • Supporting clients with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility assistance
    • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
    • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
