About Us:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and culinary principles
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification is desirable
• Eligibility for regional sponsorship in Australia (482 visa)
