- Promote innovation through continuous improvement of current structures, methodologies and processes
- Assist with implementation of price changes including testing

- Develop pricing monitoring dashboards and monitor key performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align data processes, and develop and maintain data pipelines for risk modelling work
- Deliver insights and end-to-end pricing by working with the rest of the Pricing team as well as Portfolio, Actuarial, Finance, and Claims. This includes both full rate reviews and book level premium adequacy reviews.
- Develop pricing recommendations and proposals designed to closely align pricing strategy to budget and implement timely price changes accurately within the business/function
- Provide technical support on model methodologies and their implementation.
- 2-3 years analytical experience within the insurance industry with a preference for Pricing, other Actuarial or Portfolio Management
- Proven ability to engage in a team to achieve individual, team and divisional goals
- Automation-focussed to improve efficiency
- Experience with using R, SQL and Excel
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, as well as the market and regulatory environments in which they operate.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and analyse insurance policy wordings.

We are looking for a Senior Pricing Analysts to support pricing of our commercial insurance products in the corporate short tail and corporate long tail teams. This would encompass analysis of internal and external data to provide pricing insights; working in a dynamic environment across the pricing family; delivering recommendations to varied stakeholders; remove blockages to performance; escalate issues; and look for ways to improve and simplify processes. The role will work to deliver the Commercial insurance strategy and will execute a program of work focussed on delivering against a dynamic and optimal P&L in the short, medium & long term using hands-on pricing analysis and modelling.
