Job Description & Summary

Our Workday Advisory Services team provides Workday solutions for clients to support compliance and risk management in functional areas such as Compensation, Advance Compensation and Finance.

Use the know-how you've gained in process improvement, operating model assessments and design and transformation to grow our Workday business. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As a Manager in the Workday Advisory Services Team, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in multifunctional project teams, you'll lead and support a team to deliver complex solutions.

• be hands the hands-on subject matter expert in Workday HCM and other functional areas
• Work closely with the client to understand requirements from build, design, configure and test of the Workday solution through to go-live
• Support business development initiatives across Payroll Advisor, Outsourced Payroll and Workday
• Contribute to the overall revenue target and lead the RFP process selection by leading the Workday solution design
• Participate in Workday certifications and update training twice yearly
• Support the Workday strategy through APAC providing complex solutions and supporting APAC Workday implementations
• Support and attend Workday sales events and become an ambassador for PwC
• Present to the wider PwC teams on Workday service offerings
• Explore shared revenue through the various teams throughout Workforce
