    Join our dynamic team as a Principal DevOps Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of DevOps practices across our diverse portfolio. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering technical solutions to both our internal teams and clients.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance to integrate DevOps seamlessly into our software development lifecycle. Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards across infrastructure components while fostering a collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing.     What we look for in a successful candidate:

    We seek a successful candidate with a strong grasp of software development, infrastructure, and operations, ideally holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Valued skills encompass proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and SonarQube, as well as expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Ansible.

    Experience with AWS and relevant certifications is beneficial, as is familiarity with DevSecOps practices. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Shell, along with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, is highly desirable.

    Additionally, we prioritise individuals who demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, including coaching, mentoring, and influencing/negotiating with stakeholders/peers. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are also crucial for success in this role.
