    Description

    Direct Marketing & CRM Manager

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to lead the successful management of our customer contact and treatment strategies across all marketing channels.

    The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with Braze, knowledge of digital marketing trends, and analytical skills to generate insights from campaign data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimise customer communication touchpoints to streamline onboarding, reduce dormancy, enhance engagement and maximise promotional efficiency
    • Lead the business through its new journey on the Braze platform
    • Provide thought and strategy leadership to the Betfair marketing team
    • Support business customer retention projects in close collaboration with the Retention team
    • Oversight of annual & monthly customer marketing budget
    • Manage performance, workload and prioritisation of all Lifecycle team members

    Requirements:

    • Rewlevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role
    • Strong expertise with Braze and knowledge of digital marketing trends
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from campaign data
    • Budget management experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office core applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a team-player attitude
