    What is the Role?

    We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher Librarian to join our secondary Library Services team. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start. This role has a teaching requirement within the library and will suit a person who is dual qualified or working towards the dual qualification.

    Who will the successful applicant be?

    • Dual qualified (or working towards) Teacher Librarian who demonstrates enthusiasm and the ability to lead the learning of students in Years 7-12
    • Possess a thorough understanding of NESA curricula Years 7 - 12
    • Highly skilled in the use of digital technologies and application to research
    • A love of literature and passion for promoting reading with secondary students
    • Display outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the Secondary School
    • Expected to have an understanding of and commitment to the School's Christian mission, values and ethos

    Experience in teaching International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) would be an advantage.
