    Barings is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to develop marketing and PR strategy and campaigns to achieve the brand building, acquisition and retention goals for the Institutional and Wealth distribution channels in Australia.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Develop marketing strategy to achieve business and marketing objectives across Institutional and Wealth distribution channels in Australia
    Identify measurable KPIs to evaluate performances across marketing functions
    Formulate a PR strategy in alignment with business and marketing objectives for Australia
    Collaborate with external agencies and partners to implement related marketing and PR programs
    Manage the local marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing activities
    Build out event strategy to attain sales goals and promote key capabilities
    Work with global and regional marketing teams to manage corporate website and social media platforms and contribute local intelligence
    Stay abreast of the market environment and provide intelligence to local sales and regional and global marketing teams
    Work closely with business stakeholders as well as APAC regional and global marketing teams
    Ensure local execution is aligned to the Barings corporate objectives
    Participate in global and regional projects as and when necessaryQualifications
    Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
    8-10 years experience in asset management
    Solid knowledge in investment management
    Proven experience in Public Relations
    Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to develop credibility and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners
    Strong attention to detail
    Committed and agile to change
    An enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
