    Experiencing year on year growth and almost doubling in size, CareSouth is forecast to grow an additional twenty five percent in 2023.


    Supporting nearly 500 employees across seven regions in NSW, the people & culture team are fundamental in its continued growth, but they are not the everyday doers, rather, they are the internal supporters.

    The people and culture team provides hands on guidance, coaching, support, advice and feedback to managers across the organisation on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing and safety so that together, everyone grows.

    As well as providing the everyday guidance and support, people and culture will play a pivotal role in the development and roll out of a number of significant projects in 2023 and onwards to meet these core objectives.


    Continued investment into employer of choice strategies with a strong focus on learning and development will be coupled with the review and redesign of supervision, HR information systems and onboarding and orientation processes.

    2023 will see the growth and continued development of the people and culture team.

    Strong team leadership in line with CareSouth's core beliefs will be critical to the team's success and capabilities to support the organisation and the communities' needs.


    The recruitment of two, highly engaged and competent people and culture team leaders is very much under the watchful eyes of CareSouth's Executive Officers and Business Services Manager as a core strategic requirement.
