Site Manager - Brisbane's leading Tier 3 builderOne of Queensland's leading tier 3 new build and fit out builders have a rare opportunity for an additional Site Manager to join their team due to increased growth from their existing clients in Brisbane.

This builder delivers new build and fitout projects in the commercial, health and education sector upto $20m.

Role

As the Site Manager will will be working in a long tenured project team with an established PM, CA, Cadet and WHSO to manage all site operations of project delivering.

This is a 5 day a week builder with all projects being central to Brisbane CBD

Required:
Track record of delivering new build commercial projects upwards of $5m in a Site Manager capacity
Experience with Education or Health projects is advantageous
Reliable, honest, & driven
Drivers license and own reliable transport
