    Ideally located on Queensland's Gold Coast, and situated close to Robina Town Centre, our Villa Serena Home is actively seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our General Manager with the day to day running of our home. With no two days the same, duties will expand across multiple functions of the home.

    About You

    The successful applicant must demonstrate:

    • Demonstrated experience in Business Administration and Customer Service
    • Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
    • Experience with rostering processes desirable
    • Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and payroll systems
    • Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
    • Highly organised & able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
    • Flu Vaccination

    Please note: Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and an Administration Skills test.
