    Position: Store Manager
    Start: ASAP
    Duration: Permanent Full-Time
    Salary: $61,000 per annum + superannuation and incentives
    Locations: Armidale, NSW + Griffith, NSW

    Overview

    Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss.

    Key Objectives

    • Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at ourstores
    • Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff for maximum performance
    • Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
    • Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
    • Must be willing to greet line customers by approaching them in order to invite them into the store with view to obtaining a sale – this forms a large part of this role
    • Meet daily and monthly sales targets ~ 4 Hearing Checks Per Day and 10 Per Store

    Essential Criteria

    • An experienced and talented Store Manager to support & motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
    • An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
    • Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
    • Strong listening & communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Full availability retail hours + Thu/Fri evening shopping + weekends and this is a rotating roster.
    • A mature approach to both work and customer interaction
    • Able to physically stand for long periods of time
    • Reliable with good work ethics
    • Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster including Thursday evenings and weekends as per site opening hours
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Demonstrated resilience in a high-volume retail environment
    • Previous retail experience meeting and exceeding business targets and KPI's
