    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Property team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance while also gaining valuable experience and training.

    This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to advance their career in a professional setting.

    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant with a background in providing support to legal teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing various legal documents and correspondence.
    • Issuing tax invoices and managing payments.
    • e-filing documents with the relevant authorities.
    • Diary management and file organization.
    • Responding to phone calls and directing inquiries.
    • Creating new files and conducting conflict searches.
    • Archiving files and maintaining electronic records.
    • Sending documents and correspondence.
    • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements

    The role requires previous experience in a similar administrative support position, a high level of accuracy, motivation, and commitment to learning.

    To be successful, you will:

    • Demonstrate strong time management skills and a consistent approach.
    • Be proactive and take initiative when needed.
    • Excel in a collaborative environment while being self-motivated.
