    About the Role

    We're seeking a passionate and skilled Early Childhood Early Intervention Speech Pathologist to join our team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of early childhood intervention, providing high-quality Speech Pathology services to children aged 0-6 years.

    You will be responsible for performing functional assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, and collaborating with families and trans-disciplinary teams.

    Duties

    • Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans.
    • Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised goals.
    • Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both one-on-one and group settings.
    • Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
    • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
    • Significant practice experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families
    • An openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationally informed early intervention model
    • Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practices
    • Experience and ability to mentor colleagues and provide clinical supervision within framework guidelines
