- Fold, straighten, and arrange clothing in layers on stacked pallets and hang and straighten clothing on racks Stack merchandise from partial pallets onto full palletsStack items or opened cases of items on shelvesCommunicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plan and prioritiesWrite lists of merchandise to be brought from steel, by Forklift Driver, for stockingMove and position pallets of merchandiseCut boxes, bin ties, and shrink-wrap on palletsSecure merchandise on pallets and tag bins or pallets to be returned to steelFollow merchandising standards and practicesAlign merchandise, and collect and returns stray items and stock to maintain high merchandise levelsSpot for Forklift Drivers to keep people out of fall-danger zoneFollow all safety and security proceduresClear sales floor of empty pallets and debris, and check for correct merchandise signsRe-wrap loose merchandise, operate cardboard baler and trash compactorFollow established inventory prep guidelines prior to physical inventoryFollows proper merchandising and general safety procedures and standardsAssists in other departments of the warehouse as necessaryProvide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliersAssist members to load large items in their cartDirect members to merchandise and relates merchandise status knowledge.

Stocks, folds, straightens, and arranges clothing, shoes, underwear, and other clothing items. Clears sales floor and aisles of empty pallets and debris. Checks for correct merchandise signs. Ensures merchandise is marked with a merchandise number and has appropriate signs. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers. Follows proper safety procedures and standards
