Job summary
The State Schools Nursing Service provides clinical assistance to build school staff capability to safely support students with health needs.
This position is based in Mackay supporting schools in this area and may require travel/overnight stays to other areas in Central Queensland region.
Responsibilities
- Form strategic partnerships with schools, health professionals and families as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Build school staff health support confidence through in-service education and training scenarios
