    The Opportunity:

    Secondment - Fulltime contract period: 22 nd of July - January 6 th

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Risk and Safety (QRS) Manager to join our Zenitas team. The Quality, Risk and Safety (QRS) Manager will be responsible for working across Plena Healthcare to ensure the highest standards of service quality are delivered, in line with all legislative requirements. The position will lead a discrete team of quality analysts and administrators; working with operational teams to identify and support service improvements. As the primary contact for QRS within Plena Healthcare, the position will work closely with Zenitas to ensure corporate quality, risk, safety and compliance projects and initiatives are realised. The role assists in the promotion of continuing the delivery of high-quality person-centred care that is aligned to the legislation, best practice and compliance.

    You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Plena Healthcare stakeholders and Zenitas corporate quality team to drive and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support development of business quality assurance, clinical governance framework and associated activities
  • Provide expertise in training, supervision and support to staff in the development of knowledge and skills in quality improvement activities risk and compliance.
  • Support internal communications for Quality, Risk and Compliance activities
  • Lead and manage the Plena Learning and Development Strategy and Framework
  • Support stakeholders and guide improvements for internal training in line with clinical governance and legislative requirements
  • Key contact/divisional SME for Litmos and Plena Learning and Development
  • Exemplify the Plena Healthcare Values
  • Foster an environment of continuous quality improvement.
  • To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including continuous improvement and internal auditing practice
  • Understanding of Aged, Disability & Community legislative and regulatory requirements, including Aged Care Standards, NDIS and Quality & Safeguarding Framework.
  • Data collection and analysis skills
  • Attention to detail with time management ability
  • Ability to communicate fully and openly
  • Strives for excellence and executes consistently, in line with business goals
