    Join our team of engaging and collaborative changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow In this role, you'll work closely with our New South Wales water design team while being part of our national Australian Water team.

    As a Sydney Water accredited Water Servicing Coordinator and designer, you will be involved in a range of small to large projects from planning to construction, for a range of private and public clients. You will also assist in business development opportunities under the direction of the WSC Team Leader, including proposal preparation. The role will be challenging, demanding, varied and offer fantastic opportunities for skill set and career development.

    You will be a Civil Engineer and accredited Water Servicing Coordinator with at least category C2 design and site duties holder and will extend your knowledge across all facets of Sydney Water Developer related works (land subdivisions, buildings, roads, rail projects and civil/utility/master planning works) with experience in delivering works from project inception to project delivery and finalisation. This will include original application with Sydney Water, design development and liaison with Developers, design coordination with other members of a multidisciplinary team and obtaining Sydney Water design approval.

    You will extend your experience in planning, working within a multi-discipline team providing advisory services to Developers and gain experience in working with a large technical consultancy firm that operates worldwide with excellent quality assurance and safety process and controls.

    About you

    • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, mechanical or hydraulic) qualified with 7+ years post graduate Industry experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator and Designer.
    • Sydney Water accreditations in E-developer Use, Policy, Flow Isolation Flow Management and Project Manager with minimum listing S1, W1, RW, EA, EP with Sydney Water C2 Engineering Competency accreditation.
    • Experience in the planning and design of Sydney Water wastewater, water and stormwater assets; both major and minor works.
    • Manage Building Plan Approval Stamping / Approval and related requirements.
    • Ambitious and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and excellent organisational skills.
    • An experienced Project Manager in WSC Delivery capable of managing the projects delivery of the Sydney Water assets and the handover to Sydney Water.
    • Experience in interacting with internal and external clients, dealing with middle to senior level professionals to form key relationships.
    • Computer literate and familiar with the latest design software packages.
    • Good knowledge of ACAD and SUDS Software programs.
    • Bringing your experience across Digital Design, you are someone who can demonstrate the following:
    • Engineering bias for digital design in : Pipework and Appurtenances, Water and Wastewater related structures (hydropower, reservoirs, tanks, industrial buildings, etc)
