- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and communications
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies

- Oversee the payroll utilising Employment Hero

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment of blue-collar workers such as agricultural employees. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will oversee a number of sites around NSW. A small bit of travel is required.
