The Role
The Administration Support Officer role provides administrative support to the long-term military strategic planning activities undertaken within Military Strategic Plans Division, through engagement with MSP's planners, and key stakeholders across Defence.

This will include reviewing and managing correspondence including emails, letters and decision briefs. In addition, you are to assist the front office in the day-to-day running of the Division and group inbox management.

MSP Division is a small but vital organisation that compliments the existing strategic framework, strengthens the strategic centre and enhances the link between policy, strategy and operations. Our objective within MSP is to ensure Defence is well placed to meet future strategic threats and challenges.

Our Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be conscientious, and have a demonstrated ability to work collegiately within a large network of uniformed and non-uniformed personnel, from working level through to Senior Executive.

They will be responsive to changing circumstances and possess excellent administration, time management, and communication skills.
