    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, processes, and goals.
    • Analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and automation.
    • Translating business requirements into precise and comprehensive technical specifications, encompassing data models, system workflows, and user interface designs.
    • Working closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and adhere to architectural standards.
    • Performing data analysis and validation to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information.
    • Assisting in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and participating in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
    • Offering support and guidance to business users during system implementation, training, and post-implementation support phases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst, ideally within a technical setting.
    • Robust analytical abilities, enabling critical evaluation of data from various sources, resolution of conflicts, breakdown of high-level data into specifics, and differentiation of user requests from underlying genuine needs.
    • Sound comprehension of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
    • Proficiency in crafting precise and comprehensible documentation, encompassing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
    • Proven track record in facilitating the delivery of Cloud and SaaS technology projects.
    • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization techniques is advantageous.
    • Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis).
