    *About the Role*As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Experience (CX) Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail CX measurement programs. Your main areas of responsibility will lie within data validation and quality reporting, managing delivery of reports to client stakeholders and maintaining communication with the Field Team.


    To be successful in this role you should be driven and able to take initiative to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

    You will be a strong multitasker with great organisation skills and an intermediate understanding of the MS suite of products or be adaptive with the ability to learn new programs in a short period of time.

    Ideally you have experience working in a retail or customer experience-based role as we are looking for someone with an understanding of the Australian market and strong admin skills.

    *Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Day to day management of our retail measurement programs
    • Managing field team enquiries in relation to our programs.
    • Admin and co-ordinating tasks - uploading for monthly call cycle, loading visits, monitoring timelines and completions

    • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
    • Previous experience in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired
