    Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Rockhampton, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic sales team. With a competitive base salary, and an OTE ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, this role offers excellent earning potential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide personalised solutions
    • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of their vehicles
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
    • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm with an RDO every Fortnight
    • A valid driver's license is required
