    About the role:

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Delivery team and work for one of Australia's leading Insurers. As Scrum Master, you will help to deliver outcomes in a fast, sustainable, and effective manner, by embedding ways of working aligned to Suncorp's delivery model – 'Momentum'.

    This role will work with the Digital Customer Tribe to continue to focus on enhancing and uplifting our customer journey in the digital space. Specifically you will support a squad within the Tribe working with Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Business Intelligence.

    What you'll do:

    • Work with Scrum Masters / Platform Delivery Leads to sequence work and manage dependencies across Squads; manage flow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work within the squads
    • Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritise work through the backlog, driving removal of impediments and ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across Squad members
    • Monitor Squad performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensure the squad is compliant with appropriate governance and practices
    • Coach Squad to optimise delivery via Momentum processes and practices and develop relationships that assist the Squad in achieving its outcomes
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
    • Lead a continuous improvement culture
    • Proactively interact with other stakeholders to effectively manage demands on resources, prioritise funding, receipt of distribution and deliverables, and alignment of goals and objectives.

    What you'll bring:

    • Minimum of 3 years' Scrum Master experience within large corporate organisations OR Project Management with at least 2 years' Scrum Master experience
    • Experience working within digital programs/projects particularly around the customer journey would be highly regarded
    • Previous experience in the Insurance industry would be beneficial
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated evidence of working with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to develop trust and credibility combined with a strong collaborative mindset
    • Demonstrated experience using Agile in a large complex environment, with a deep understanding of the core principles of agile methodology
    • Strong delivery skills and ability to clearly define project objectives and benefits
