    JOB DESCRIPTION

    THE ROLE

    The position of Talent Acquisition Manager Operations is based within the People business unit and reports through to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Operations

    The role, with the direction and support of Head of TA, is responsible for partnering with the business and BU People team to develop, implement and execute national talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives through leading operational teams. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery to the business. They will also build a strong understanding of the operational environment in collaboration with other key stakeholders to support future and changing talent requirements.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead, plans and manages operational teams to deliver award (including internal) recruitment across the Operations BU.
    • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience including sourcing and campaigns to deliver required talent to the business.
    • Manage small to large projects including influencing outcomes beyond span of control, engaging and preparing sponsors and other stakeholders for change and managing conflicting needs or expectations. Adheres to Project Management Framework, Tools, Processes and Reporting principles.
    • Identify and manage opportunities for change, innovation and improvement within recruitment strategies to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience that meet business and strategic objectives. Deliver data driven solutions that provide measurable benefits to the business. Provide value and market insights to the business.
    • Manage an effective recruitment process and governance requirements including key TA delivery metrics ensuring team are continuously uplifting delivery.
    • Ensure TGE external brand in market and reputation is managed positively.
    • Work collaboratively with other areas of TA and P&C, delivering a united solution to the business.
    • Support TGE's D&I and people strategies.
    • Responsible for ensuring the service delivery provided to the client is in line with KPI & SLA measures and are in line with client expectations.
    • Support a culture where the wellbeing and safety of TGE people and partners is at the centre of everything.
    • Influence and build strong partnerships / relationships with key contributors, stakeholders and sponsors.
    • Resolution of escalations keep management abreast of pertinent activities.
    • Create collaboration across all support teams to deliver complex and scalable solutions to the business.
    • Provide leadership and direction to all direct and indirect reports, developing and promoting collaboration and cooperation within the team and with stakeholders.
    • Undertake TA working rhythms including 1:1's, team meetings, skip meetings, development and performance plans.
