About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will strengthen your leadership skills and advance in Retail Management. If this is your first management role, excellent customer service abilities, paired with passion for people and fashion, will be supported by your Store Manager and Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
Inspire and coach the in-store team to improve sales and revenue.
Enhance customer experience with friendly service, strong product knowledge and styling advice.
Manage new stock deliveries and visual merchandising.
Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, banking and rostering.
