- Providing accurate tenders for approval and submission
- Reviewing all tender documents to ensure full project scope understood
- Obtaining comprehensive trade price coverage and preliminaries pricing
- Preparing draft construction methodology, preliminaries, exclusion lists, qualifications, tender summaries for approval
- Analysing quotes and input subcontractor quotations into tender documentation and review tenders regularly
- Sourcing opportunities for expressions of interest for new tender lists
- Looking for improvements in process and/or systems that will improve efficiency of tendering& cost planning process
- Handing over completed tender documentation, under direction, to allocated Project Manager
- Providing accurate analysis of Bills of Quantities and balancing bills to sub-contractors' figures
