    Looking for an exciting new challenge?

    Yara are seeking applications for their 12-month fixed-term role of Training Administrator.

    Reporting to the Training Coordinator, the Training Administrator is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and coordination of training programs at Yara Pilbara.

    The role requires 25 hours per week (generally 9am – 2pm), flexibility with start and finish times may be considered.

    The Training Administrator will:

    • Maintain accurate records and information for employees within the Learning Management System.

    • Complete scheduling of attendees for courses by providing invitations for training.

    • Update training calendars liaising with the trainers and supers/coordinators.

    • Track employee adherence to course attendance and provide information of non-attendance to the Training Coordinator.

    • Utilise SAP for training administration tasks such as Purchase Order creation, administering payment for training services.

    • Participate in training compliance department audits.

    • Provide real-time support to personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders with training related queries.

    • Consolidate feedback information from participant evaluation forms on trainers / training providers, to be used in training audits and reviews.

    • Providing support to external training providers, assisting in any preparation tasks and training room setup that may be required prior to training delivery.

    • Provide information to stakeholders on contractor training requirements.

    Profile


    • Certificate III in Business Administration desired but not essential.

    • Minimum five years relevant experience in a business administration or training related role.

    • Hold experience in Microsoft Office and LMS systems.

    • Fluent verbal and written English is essential.

    • Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Temporary work visa holders are not eligible for this role.
