    Rabobank's COO Domain's Enterprise Project team has an opening for a business-focussed Senior Business Analyst to join this dynamic & high performing team.

    Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work on a visible & rewarding project to uplift Fraud & Scam initiatives for the bank.

    You will have excellent communication skills & ensure requirements are clearly elicited & design program work streams for required initiatives.

    You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders & able to cultivate strong working relationships.

    Based in Sydney, you will work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the CBD office & other days working from home.


    Top Role Accountabilities:

    Work as part of a team to understand & document project scope & objectives, facilitate workshops to define & prioritise requirements, agree on outcomes & risks Assist with discovery, gap & synergy analysis & delivering Business Requirements Develop As-Is & To-Be process maps & assess people & customer impacts Develop, validate, prioritise, track, manage & maintain business requirements for the project Identify & document root causes of business problems &/or opportunities for improvement Support to maintain all Project documentation to ensure it's consistent with Rabobank Project Delivery Framework Assist in the completion of relevant/required reports to Boards, Committees, Group, Management & Business Units, regulator as required To be successful you will have: Demonstrated success in a Senior Business Analyst role Working knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile Scrum & Waterfall Strong interpersonal, collaboration & communication skills with the ability to interact & influence at all functions & levels Experience in fraud preferred Previous experience within banking or financial service industry essential What we're proud to offer you: Hybrid work environment (the team averages 2 days per week in the office)Two Wellbeing Leave days Education Assistance Program to assist with your professional development An inclusive Parental Leave policy that supports you & your family while giving you the freedom & flexibility to enjoy this special time (Primary carer up-to 14 weeks paid leave)An incentive for eligible employees to receive 1 extra week Annual Leave, with an option to also purchase another 2 weeks Annual Leave Rabobank recognises that employees need to protect their financial wellbeing, in the event of serious illness, injury, or even death.
