    The opportunity

    RDNS, part of Silver Chain Group, sets the standard for in-home and community services and can offer you a truly rewarding career as part of a passionate, experienced team. In this role you play a crucial part in providing clients the care that enables them to live their best lives at home. Your tasks include medication management, clinical assessments, pressure injuries, and wound dressings.

    2 positions are available for experienced Enrolled Nurses, based in our Northern office. Working in a Full Time capacity with a Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm roster. We're here to support you to thrive with RDNS. You will receive ongoing support to build your career and clinical expertise, including in-house professional development and career progression opportunities.

    You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

    • Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C essential
    • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
    • Current AHPRA registration
    • Community care experience highly regarded
    • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
    • Current, full Australian driver's license
