    Legal Secretary - Temporary

    Brisbane CBD | National Firm | ASAP Start

    NEW ROLE Fantastic opportunity to join a leading national law firm, working across several areas of law.

    The Role:

    We are currently seeking a superstar Legal Secretary for a temp assignment commencing ASAP. Joining a national firm as a Temp Float Secretary, you will be working across various areas of the firm. Your duties will include:

    • Preparing legal documents
    • Dictaphone typing
    • Drafting correspondence
    • Client liaison
    • Diary management
    • Other general administrative duties as required

    About You:

    To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' legal secretarial experience in any area of law, in addition to strong typing and software skills. You will also be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

    • Positive, "can do" attitude
    • Professional presentation
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
    • Diligent, motivated and enthusiastic
    • Strong attention to detail

    Working Holiday Visa applicants are encouraged to apply as are law students who can work full time only (no option for part time work).
