- Generating and managing the end-to-end processing of quotes for all dormakaba Service products.
- Working with schedulers in the broader Service team, to manage the supply and prioritisation of materials.
- Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
- A range of weekly and monthly reporting tasks including the updating of customer portals.
- Ensure quoted materials are available and arrange freight where required.
- General customer communications and correspondence.
- An engaging and friendly personality – we see cultural fit as paramount
- Strong office administration skills.
- Sound computer skills with experience in the usage of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM and SAP.
- An understanding of Master data protocols is advantageous.
