    Job Description

    Are you an individual looking to learn, or career pivot into ServiceNow? The Asociate ServiceNow Administrator is a role where you can work on complex dashboards, with data, and graphical representations. We are seeking an individual to join our ServiceNow practice in Sydney.

    Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Configuring and customise the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
    • Managing user access and permissions.
    • Monitoring system performance and ensuring uptime.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
    • Providing training and support to end-users.

    Qualifications

    • An understanding of data, numbers and formulas, coming from a technical administration role, or similar profession.
    • An understanding of enterprise IT operating environments
    • Keeping on top of knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies
    • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, across a wide variety of technical disciplines
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with highly developed management of hardware and software troubleshooting experience
    • Strong organisational, project and time management skills
    • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to liaise with internal and external parties at all organisational levels
    • Solid relationship management and performance management skills
    • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic, with strong conflict resolution skills
    • Exceptional customer focus and service ethic
    • Demonstrated ownership, and bias to action
    • People-oriented and understand how to lead. Ability to quickly form relationships and balance a wide variety of priorities
