    Summary:

    As a trade-qualified Motor Assessor, you will utilize your expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics to meticulously assess vehicle damage and manage end-to-end motor claims.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments and oversee repairs for motor claims.
    • Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Provide accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations.
    • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals and improve customer experience through exceptional service and support.

    Requirements:

    • Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics, accompanied by 5 years of post-trade experience.
    • Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence.
    • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
    • Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
    • A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction and commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
