- Australian Recognised Heavy Duty Trade Qualification
- 2-year experience as a supervisor with industry qualifications QMS 1/QMS 2/QMS 3
- Experience on CAT, Komatsu, mining equipment with exceptional knowledge in engine, powertrain, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of the Caterpillar SIS system and dealer parts and service process
- Demonstrated customer relationship and business development knowledge.
- Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
- Able to influence customer project outcomes and budgets.
- Good communication and organisational skills with Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to a Pre-Employment medical)

Field Service Supervisor
As a result of above we are currently seeking experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team in Mackay , QLD. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will bring your extensive leadership experience in the maintenance of Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment inclusive of diagnosing, repairing, and undertaking preventative maintenance on equipment in the field and workshop areas.
