• Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• The Business Support Officer coordinates a range of administrative functions to support both the work of the Committee and the work of the Oversight and Advocacy Authority for Aboriginal Infants, Children and Young People (the Authority).
• The Committee and Authority work together to review the circumstances and causes of death or serious injury to children and young people and make recommendations for changes to legislation, policies, procedures or practices to relevant agencies to help prevent similar deaths or serious injuries.
