    Description

    Maintenance Fitters and Maintenance Electricians

    Our client is a leading engineering company for manufacturing sector in the Greater Western Sydney area. They are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Fitters and Maintenance Electricians for their maintenance team to assist in the growing requirements across their client base.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Attending to routine breakdowns and fault-finding
    • Preventative maintenance
    • PLC and SCADA experience is highly desirable
    • Call outs
    • Weekend shutdowns
    • Perform periodic quality and safety checks

    To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:

    • Trade recognition (Fitter and Turner)
    • Trade recognition (Electrical years post trade
    • Manufacturing maintenance experience
    • Good fault finding ability and diagnosis
    • License and reliable transport
    • Team player with good verbal communication skills
    • Ability to follow written standard operating procedures
    • Have a great work ethic with reliability and commitment
