- Answering email, phone, and live chat enquiries and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued pet owners as part of our Program
- Communicating with key stakeholders to get the best resolution/ outcome for the customer
- Providing a high level of support to both external customers & internal departments
- Full time role on a rotating roster (Monday 9:30am to 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm)
- Proven experience in customer service preferably from a contact centre or an industry where you have worked towards KPIs & targets
- Passionate about finding solutions for customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full working rights
- Hybrid role - Work from home (post training and competency with allocated days) & from the North Ryde Office
- Parking onsite and near transport
