    About The Company

    This opportunity will see you working for an Australian-owned pet specialty retailer and providing exceptional customer service to pet lovers all over the county.

    About The Role

    • Answering email, phone, and live chat enquiries and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued pet owners as part of our Program
    • Communicating with key stakeholders to get the best resolution/ outcome for the customer
    • Providing a high level of support to both external customers & internal departments
    • Full time role on a rotating roster (Monday 9:30am to 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm)

    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in customer service preferably from a contact centre or an industry where you have worked towards KPIs & targets
    • Passionate about finding solutions for customers
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Full working rights
