    Job Description

    • Identify current and upcoming market opportunities for the business through various business development strategies with a focus on the Mining sector
    • Work with the wider team on proposals and tenders, providing the best possible opportunity to win on business opportunities
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
    • Work closely with key stakeholders, driving solutions and long term relationships
    • Attend various networking events and other business opportunities to build strong relationships, positively represent the brand and develop potential opportunities

    The Successful Applicant

    • Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative within Logistics or Mining related industries highly regarded
    • Ability to drive new business with a hunter mentality
    • Excellent customer service, communication and negotiating abilities
    • Motivated and determined, with the ability to prioritise and understand urgency when working with clients
    • Understanding of key market sectors, develop sales strategies and the ability to work autonomously with an outcome focus
    • Full Drivers Licence and the ability to travel one week out of 6 -8 weeks
