    2. Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise, Storyline, Adobe design suite or similar).
    3. Create engaging and interactive multimedia content, including videos, quick reference guides, simulations, and assessments.
    4. Ensure that eLearning materials are user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive and comply with industry standards.

    2. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems.
    3. An understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
    4. A degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field is preferred.
    5. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
    6. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    7. The ability to work autonomously as well as thriving in a collaborative group environment.

In joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities. You will be challenged, supported, and guided as you learn and develop, and will be encouraged to grow. We foster greatness and will coach and support you to meet your goals and aspirations.
