- Understanding service requirements of new vehicle models and the impact on the dealer network
- Review and analyse service dealer network and seek opportunities for improvement
- Review technical material content and develop online delivery for the dealer network

- A strong background in the automotive industry with a demonstrated understanding of dealership service operations

A great opportunity is available with our client, a leading Automotive OEM.
Based in Adelaide, this role will draw on your automotive service and leadership background. You will be accountable for process improvement and change management to bring a fresh approach to the support offered to the dealer network and increase the customer experience.
We are looking for a candidate who can design and build strategy and process, but who can also engage with the Service Operations team and bring them on the journey to offer a superior customer experience.
