About Your Next Role

As theAssistant Store Manageryou will be reporting directly to the Flagship Store Manager and responsible for all daily operations of the store including, financial reporting, KPI coaching, customer service, stock management, VM and VIP listings.

Existing Retail Management experience within fashion
Passion and love for premium suiting and stylish casual looks
Success of managing teams to structured KPI's and budgets
The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
Strong sales history
A passion for VM and in store styling
High grooming standards
Stock management , rostering and coaching of staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
VIP clientele and relationship building
Consultative selling approach
