- Manage claim inputs from Billing team: Review and verify the accuracy of claim data, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
- Manage the Claims inbox: Prioritise and respond to claims-related inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Train and develop the Billing team: Provide guidance and coaching to enhance their knowledge and skills, driving process improvements and reducing errors.
- Convert claims into carrier formats: Translate claims data into formats that add value to our carrier partners, fostering stronger relationships and improving service delivery.
- Maintain the Claims register and submit claims: Ensure all claims are accurately recorded and submitted to carrier partners in a timely manner, complete with a clear summary to inform decision-making.
- Process credit notes and resolve invoicing issues: Timely processing of credit notes, including review and resolution of invoicing and credit note related issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders: Proactive communication and follow-up to efficiently resolve all claims matters with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a positive experience.
- Statement of Account reconciliations: Accurately reconcile statements of account, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial integrity.
- Curious problem-solver: A strong ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner, driving continuous improvement.
- Intermediate MS Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, supporting effective documentation and communication.
