    About the Role

    This Senior Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of the superannuation product, ensuring customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives are met.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the product strategy and vision for the Superannuation business.
    • Develop the product roadmap, user stories, scenarios, and product backlog through user research and stakeholder engagement.
    • Drive product development throughout the entire cycle, from conceptualization, design, and development, through launch and ongoing support in an agile environment.
    • Engage with other product managers across Flare to ensure priorities align between Flare and the Superannuation business.
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities to optimize existing features and design new ones.
    • Prioritize tasks, engage with partners, and deliver projects on schedule.
    • Evaluate product data and analytics as key requirements for successful delivery.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a relevant industry, with leadership experience.
    • Excellent communication skills to present ideas and strategies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and partnership teams.
    • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt to changes and drive innovative solutions.
    • A proven track record in executing product delivery and managing products using agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
    • The ability to understand technology and create a balanced product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
