- Process payroll accurately and in accordance with applicable awards, agreements, and tax requirements using Pay Global.
- Provide timely and quality customer service, addressing inquiries from people managers and employees.
- Offer advice and support on payroll policies, regulations, and systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain payroll records and conduct reporting for compliance and analysis purposes.
- Administer and update payroll systems, providing support and training to users.
- Adhere to corporate policies and support initiatives related to risk management, gender equality, and child safety
- Substantial experience in payroll operations within a mediumsized organization.
- Proficiency in Pay Global and other computerized payroll systems processing.
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective payroll practices and policies.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, policies, and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience using Pay Global in a previous role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Certification in payroll processing or related area desirable.
- Prior experience in explaining complex payroll concepts to diverse audiences.
