    About The Opportunity

    Programmed Facility Management (PFM) is seeking multiple Contact Centre Agents to join our National Service Centre (NSC) and ensure complete and accurate processing of internal and external client work requests via phone and electronic communication using a wide variety of systems and tools to deliver facility management services for a large-scale social housing contract. This permanent, full time role based in Parramatta NSW, plays a crucial part in providing a positive customer and client experience while contributing to important services for the community.

    Key responsibilities

    • Process all interactions and transactions appropriately to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
    • Ensure works are completed within required timeframes by engaging service technicians actively.
    • Record all customer interactions promptly and accurately.
    • Actively participate in daily operations to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Programmed team to engage contractors, technicians, and staff for timely response to client requests.
    • Provide support and knowledge sharing to all Service Centre team members.
    • Meet deadlines and key targets set by the management team.
    • Manage end-to-end client service calls, including complaint management and adherence to KPIs.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a fast-paced call centre environment. Experience and/or knowledge of facility management or similar trades/building services is desirable, however not essential. You will have a 'can-do' attitude, natural ability for people engagement and a passion for excellent customer service.

    Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

    • Experience learning various contact centre tools and systems.
    • Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
    • Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as a wider team.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
