    **Trades Assistant - Assembly Team**

    At Agri-Con Equipment, we are seeking a reliable Trades Assistant to join our Assembly Team in Bundaberg.

    You will support skilled fitters and assemblers in bringing new equipment to life, working on exciting projects with varied tasks and opportunities for growth.

    Our product lineup includes ACE Transporters, Macadamia Harvesters, and other high-performance machinery that powers farms across the country.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with the assembly of agricultural machinery, including transporting parts, fitting components, and handling tools
    • Follow instructions to complete tasks accurately, helping ensure machines meet quality standards
    • Conduct basic quality checks and report any issues to senior team members
    • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times
    • Support the team with troubleshooting and problem-solving during assembly

    What We're Looking For

    • Hands-On Experience: Previous experience as a Trades Assistant or in a similar hands-on role, preferably in manufacturing or machinery assembly
    • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with tools and machinery parts, with a willingness to learn on the job
    • Team Player: Reliable and able to follow instructions, contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
    • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on quality and accuracy in every task
    • Safety Conscious: Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to a safe working environment
