Job DescriptionThis role will initially be working closely with a Special Counsel based in Sydney on a large matter in the Federal Court in Sydney.

We are looking for experienced litigators who can work independently on parts of the matter while at the same time working seemlessly with other seniors on the matter to deliver the overall outcomes to the client.

The Partner, Richard Jowett, is based in Melbourne and is a highly experienced Insurance specialist.

The team work on complex, high value disputes and arbitrations with international matters and multinational clients as well as Australian matters in local courts.

The opportunity to work on interesting, complex disputes will span all 3 Partners in the team over time.
The team is spread across both Melbourne and Sydney offices and work very flexibly.
Desired Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for experienced senior litigators with Federal Court experience.
Insurance experience is not essential but would be useful for future matters.
