    The Role:

    Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will work as part of a team.
    As Payroll Officer you will take control of a fortnightly & monthly payroll.

    • Calculating payroll, including standard deductions and taxes within tight deadlines.
    • Deliver timely and accurate payment of employee salaries
    • Provide assistance with interpretation of the legislation, agreements, policies and procedures to managers and employees
    • Ensure employee records and entitlements are accurate and up to date
    • Assist and/or review employee annual, long service, sick, family, study, personal, community and parental leave applications where required, to ensure all payroll leave transactions are compliant
    • Ensure the conditions of employment, and all related payroll policies and procedures are adhered to
    • No manual processing is required in this role

    The Candidate:

    We are looking for end-to-end payroll professionals ideally with experience in fortnightly payroll, across multiple sites/ states and awards/ EBA's.

    All our clients processes are electronic which will allow for smooth & easy workloads for whoever takes over this role.

    Chris21/iChris systems knowledge needed
