About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational leader to lead our sales team in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy to drive business growth and contribute to the development of our fruits and vegetables.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a commercial strategy to drive business growth
• Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Managing the supply chain and warehouse operations
• Developing business strategies and tactics to grasp opportunities in the dynamic vegetable seed market in Oceania
• Making a five-year development plan, including sales targets, investments, and cost development
• Jointly leading the whole company with two other managing directors

Requirements:

• Experience in the agricultural sector
• Broad interest in all aspects of managing a company, including fostering a unique company culture, managing financial risks, and legal compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, inspirational leadership style
• Ability to build bridges between people
• Academic degree preferably in the agricultural area
• More than five to ten years managerial experience in an international environment
